2. License and Permitted Use
Vaalee grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the applications strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
3. Local Processing & User Responsibility
Our applications (such as PDFForge, ImageForge, and Subly) provide offline, on-device document & photo tools and financial calculators. You are solely responsible for:
- Backing up critical documents, PDFs, and device storage before performing operations.
- Ensuring you possess necessary rights or permissions for files, images, or documents you process.
- Maintaining device security to prevent unauthorized access to your local data.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Optional PRO upgrades are billed through Google Play In-App Billing. All fees, renewal cycles, and refund requests are handled pursuant to Google Play Store payment terms and policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vaalee does not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaalee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the applications.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our applications following the posting of revised terms indicates your acceptance of the changes.
